Meet the Experts Behind Your Success
Aquaequi is built by professionals who actively work in — and help shape — the industry.
Our team brings decades of combined experience across veterinary practice, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, education, regulation, and quality assurance. We don’t teach in isolation from the real world — everything we do is grounded in live practice, current evidence, and professional accountability.
At the centre of Aquaequi is Grace Nattrass, Company Director, lead educator, and your primary point of contact throughout your learning journey. Grace combines deep clinical expertise with a calm, supportive teaching style that prioritises understanding over intimidation and standards over shortcuts.
Surrounding Grace is a carefully selected team of veterinary, educational, and quality-assurance specialists — each playing a defined role in protecting welfare, accuracy, and consistency across every course.

What this means
for you
Our role doesn’t stop at delivering education — it continues until you feel confident applying it in the real world.
At Aquaequi, we support you throughout your learning journey and beyond. Alongside your course, you’ll have access to Kickstarter Confidence Sessions — dedicated opportunities to book time with us whenever you need clarity, reassurance, or direction. These sessions are designed to support you with challenges related to the course, the wider profession, and the realities of working within the industry.
Whether you’re navigating complex cases, building professional confidence, or preparing to progress, continue, or set up your own business, we help you understand what’s required and how to apply your knowledge safely, appropriately, and confidently.
If additional support or specialist resources are needed, we don’t leave you guessing — we signpost you clearly, explain why they matter, and help you understand how to use them effectively. This level of guidance continues through graduation, so you’re not left unsupported once the qualification is complete.
As a result, you leave Aquaequi able to:
Apply your skills safely and appropriately in real-world settings
Explain and justify your decisions with confidence
Navigate professional challenges with informed support
Represent best practice within the industry
Move forward into employment, continued development, or business ownership with clarity and confidence
You don’t just leave with a qualification — you leave with the confidence, judgement, and ongoing support to use it properly.
